Upgrade Elasticsearch, seems like some work. I think about HCL Connections 7, where the update ist not documented.

Primary aim of this article is to provide a short and simple guidance on how to initially setup your first Elasticsearch “dev” environment in order to get going quickly and start exploring/exploiting…
This Elasticsearch tutorial covers fundamental concepts such as Elasticsearch queries, how to create an index, and using the Elasticsearch API.
Use the cat indices API to get the following information for each index in a cluster:
- Shard count
- Document count
- Deleted document count
- Primary store size
- Total store size of all shards, including shard replicas
This post strives to be useful to anyone who uses ElasticSearch, but all examples are going to be in Clojure since it’s what we use.
ElasticSearch is a wildly useful database (if I may say so), but at times it feels like its query language evolved rather than was planned. This manifests in it being rather ad-hoc and non-orthogonal. Plus using JSON with its low expressiveness adds quite a bit of verbosity. All of this leads to code which builds ES queries being messy and unpleasant to use.
